A: For custom designs, our MOQ is usually 1 sq.ft per design. This allows you to create a unique rug specifically for your space.

Daily Care (For All Materials)
- Regular Vacuuming•Vacuum both sides of the rug weekly (without a beater bar or on hard floor setting). Removing grit and dust prevents fiber damage.
- Rotate Your Rug•Rotate your rug 180 degrees every 6 months for even wear and sun exposure.
- Avoid Direct Sunlight•Prolonged direct sunlight will cause fading in all materials. Use curtains or blinds to reduce exposure.
- Blot Spills Immediately•Use a clean white cloth or paper towels to absorb liquids. Do not rub, as this will spread the stain.
Deep Cleaning (By Material)
Wool / NZ Wool
✅ Dry clean is preferred. If washing, use cold water and wool-specific detergent. Hand wash gently and dry flat.
❌ Avoid hot water, harsh detergents, and machine washing. Never wring or dry in direct sun, to prevent shrinkage.
Acrylic / Nylon
✅ Very easy to clean. Machine washable (gentle cycle with cold water) or hand wash with mild detergent. Hang or dry flat.
❌ Avoid chlorine bleach and high heat in the dryer.
Rayon / Viscose
✅ Strongly recommend professional dry cleaning. This is the safest method.
❌ Very sensitive to water! Washing can weaken fibers, causing stretching, shrinking, or distortion. Never machine wash.
TENCEL™ / Bamboo
✅ Hand wash with cold water and mild detergent. Lay flat to dry to maintain shape.
❌ Although stronger than rayon, avoid machine agitation and high heat to prevent pilling or distortion.
Stain Removal

2.Absorb •Blot liquids from the outside in with a white cloth.
3.Rinse •Rinse the area with a small amount of cold water.
