I’m Hali, founder of Éclat Rug. My journey began in a tiny studio, tufting rugs until 3am for clients who craved something truly unique.But when hotels and architects asked for 1,000 sq ft installations, I faced a dilemma: how to scale artistry without losing the soul?That’s why I partnered with My friend Master Tufter Chen’s atelier – a workshop with 10 years of tufting experience. Today, we’re a collective of 10 artisans who blend handmade passion with industrial rigor.

All custom rugs are made 1/1. that being said, there are NO REFUNDS, CANCELATIONS, OR EXCHANGES! Once your order is placed, I will get all materials needed, and get started. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Please double check everything, before confirming the order. (BY ORDERING, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS) Thank you for your support!
PRIVACY POLICY:
I do NOT have access to your full payment information! I will NOT share any of your personal information (name, address, etc) to anyone. I respect everyone’s privacy, and appreciate your trust in me :)
SHIPPING DELAYS:
I have no control over the Post Office/Shipment services, especially when it comes to “rush orders”! If there are delays or lack of updates to tracking, please be patient as they work on getting your package delivered. You can also contact your local post office/shipment provider with your tracking number to see if it is being held there.
